The OptiShot Infrared Golf Simulator combines pinpoint accurate swing analysis in a highly realistic, three-dimensional visual golf environment, all in the comfort of your own home. OptiShot allows you to play replications of some of the world's most famous golf courses, like Torrey Pines and Big Horn Golf Club in Southern California. Distance and direction of a golf shot are determined at the point of impact.
Setup is a snap. Simply install the software and plug the Optical Swing Pad in to your Windows computer; practice using your own clubs in the comfort of your home and hit real balls, foam balls, or no balls at all; and play full rounds of golf with up to four players.
Distance and direction of a golf shot are determined at the point of impact. Finally a golf simulator that the average Joe can afford. The Optishot is great to practice and play with when you don't have time or money to go the the course. The sensors are pretty accurate when it comes to sensing slices, pulls etc...I even hit foam balls outside but only from the shady side side of the house.I really like the fact that you can play up to a foursome and you can save your game whenever you need to.Me and the guys at firestation play whenever we are not on a call, we've started one round and didn't get to finish till 3 weeks later! The putting takes awhile to get use to but overall this is a great product and is worth every penny. If you get to where you can hit straight or consistent shots on the Optishot you'll do the same on the course.
